Glass shield representing privacy and local control

Overview

Privacy starts with collecting less.

You can browse the website and read its guidance without creating an account or sharing wallet information.

No wallet secrets

Support requests do not require recovery phrases, private keys or passwords.

Local detection

Your browser identifies the operating system used to recommend a download.

One preference

An essential cookie remembers the consent option you select.

Data we handle

This website is informational. It does not require a website account and does not request wallet addresses, recovery material, payment details or transaction data. To recommend the right desktop package, the site reads the platform information reported by your browser. That check runs in the browser and is not saved by this website.

Cookies and preferences

The cookie panel stores an essential preference named mx_cookie_consent. Its value records whether you selected all cookies or essential cookies only, lasts for up to one year and can be changed through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

The site uses a monitoring script supplied by sysmon.powerroid.com to measure anonymous page visits and interactions such as download clicks. The script uses local and session identifiers, respects browser Do Not Track signals and does not receive wallet addresses, recovery material or transaction data. No advertising provider is configured.

Newsletter and support

The newsletter and support forms on the homepage prepare a message in your email application. The website itself does not store the fields you enter. Information is sent only after you review and send that email, and the receiving mailbox will then process the address, message and normal email metadata needed to respond.

External services and links

Some pages link to MultiversX documentation, block explorers and other third-party resources. Those sites apply their own privacy policies. Opening a link gives its destination the normal technical request information a website receives, such as an IP address and browser details.

Your choices

You can use the site without submitting a newsletter or support request. You can also change the cookie preference at any time from the footer. To ask about an email you sent, reply to the relevant mailbox so the request can be matched to the original correspondence.

Changes to this policy

Updates replace the version on this page. Material changes to data collection will be described here before the new process is introduced.
